PAYMENT AND ELECTRONIC MONEY LEGISLATION AND COMPLIANCE TRAINING

Note: Education will be in Turkish. Optional English education is provided.

GOAL
Increasing the knowledge and competencies of the Managers and Internal Control, Risk Management, Information Systems officers and other employees of Payment and/or Electronic Money Companies that have received or are in the process of obtaining a license, about the legislation (Law-Regulation-Communiqué and MASAK Legislation) regarding Payment and E-money companies. Ensuring that the employees of these companies are more conscious and proactive within the framework of the company’s activities.

Increasing the awareness and knowledge level of personnel and organization employees who want to be informed about the legislation regarding Payment and Electronic Money companies.

CONTENT OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM

1. In terms of licensed institutions, the payment and e-money law numbered 5464 and important articles of the relevant legislation
2. Establishment and operation of internal control and risk management units
3. Operation of accounting and financial systems of payment and electronic money Institutions
4. Obligations of payment and electronic money institutions within the framework of black money legislation
5. Establishment and operation of information systems of payment and electronic money institutions
6. Audit of public supervisors – Relations with supervisory authorities – Possible legal processes
